Can I just clarify something?

When you ask me for permission to do something to my character in a thread and I agree, that does not mean my character has agreed. Especially when we're in an intense scene and are delving into dub-con and violence. Mun consent is not the same thing as muse consent!

I suppose it could go the other way too, but generally, at least for me, if my muse agrees, I am in agreement as a mun. However, if you ask OOC and I agree, especially if I agree explicitly that you may force said action upon my character, YOU HAVE MY MUN CONSENT.

This drives me crazy. I appreciate you asking about my permissions, but once you have the affirmative, please don't try and knock around in-thread for my character's consent. Sometimes, it isn't going to happen, especially in a dub-con/non-con/violence thread. Sometimes, the point of the thread is that the character's consent isn't given. Please stop trying to make it "okay" between our characters.
