The IC Anon Fanmail Meme

This meme is similar to the Anon Questions Meme, except that the characters get anon fanmail instead of anon questions.

[The Rules]

1. Post as your characters, and write down the name, canon, preferences, etc.

2. Go around and find another character, go anon, and send them IC anon fanmail. The fanmail can be as sincere or insincere as you wish.

3. Tag away, and be excellent to each other! No wank, please.

Dear Asuka Langley,

I've been a fan of yours for quite some time now, after watching the way you pilot your Eva 02, and the way you handle yourself around others. You're not some stick in the mud, like most military personnel, you're still a cheerful, fun-loving school girl, who likes to tease and taunt those who take themselves too seriously! You don't just pilot your eva, you do it with style and flair, saving the world while have the time of your life!

When something is wrong, you don't just sit back and let it happen, you're a fighter through and through, ready to charge head first into the thick of it and prove to the world you're not just a pretty face. Don't get me wrong though, I could likely go on for days about that pretty face of yours, but you're downright badass. When the job needs to be done, you're quick on your feet, and ready like you were born to show the world who you are.

You're incredibly intelligent, playful, biting and witty, always ready to call out others on their stupidity or lameness, a total sex-bomb, and no matter what happens, you'll always be number one in my book. Others wish they could reach the levels of awe inspiring charm, grace, and skill you've got in just your pinkie. You're like a star in that you're so beautiful, so far out of reach to most of us, and you shine so brightly it burns.

Yet the thing I love most about you is how human you are. You never forget to enjoy the little things in life, like hanging out with friends, playing video games, going on trips to exotic fun locations, or what have you. You live a life so much bigger, and so much grander than most of us, yet you still live life like any ordinary girl too. You're not just humanity's greatest hope, you are humanity in it's purest forms of expression.

You're awesome Asuka Langely, and never forget just how beloved you are by those around you.

Guten Tag!

Let me start this letter off by saying how much I appreciated everything you've written to me. You have no idea how much hearing all that means. I'm very aware that all of those words are true, but to know that someone else acknowledges this, and is able to say it is really nice.

I try very hard to be the best I can be. Whether its piloting or just lounging around. But it can be hard when the fate of the world rests on the shoulders of you, some doll and a complete idiot. Really, I feel like I'm the only sane person around here a lot of the time. But I feel like you get me. I like that. Maybe the world isn't completely full of absolute idiots.

If you want to, feel free to write me back. I didn't want to barf at the stupidity of this letter. So maybe reading another one might not be so bad.

Dear Asuka,

Has anyone ever told you, you make the German language sound ten times sexier? Heh, sorry I probably shouldn't keep complimenting your sex appeal, but it's very distracting sometimes. I have to wonder how the men in your life are able to stay remotely sane with you around... then again, you had said yourself that they're not terribly mentally stable. Seriously, what's up with them sometimes? It's like no one besides you knows how to have fun anymore, I really feel bad for you being cooped up with them all the time.

With that said, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to reply to my letter. A part of me was a little worried you might not even see it with the waves of love letters you probably get from your class mates. I must admit, it always amazes me how much of a prodigy you are, having taken college level courses at such a young age in Germany. Did you have to work hard at your studies to reach such a level of academic brilliance, or did it come naturally to you? Perhaps even a combination of the two?

I think you should also know I'm not the only person who can appreciate just how awesome you are. You may not see us all the time, being stuck with Nerv in some backwater outpost, but there's a whole world full of people who watch and listen just because of you. Every time I hear you say guten tag it lifts my spirits, and every time I have to hear you say auf wiedersehen, I'm left wanting more.

I have so many questions I wish I could ask you, like what's your favorite video game or television show, who's your favorite person you know, what's your favorite food, when's your birthday, what are you plans for the future, and just so many little things that we your adoring public might not get to know seeing you from afar. I don't want to annoy you though, so you can feel free to ignore as many of those questions as you feel like.

I've said it before, but you're absolutely awesome Asuka. Don't ever let a few prudes, lifeless zombies, and idiots dampen that inner fire inside of you. Even when all hell breaks loose I know you'll be there tearing all the demons limb from limb with your bare hands if you have to. You're a fighter Asuka, and you live with a love and intensity that no one I've ever met can live.
