 This is the IC version of the The Role Call Meme



[The Rules]

1. Find the thread for the canons/fandoms of your character. If you don't see one, make one!

2. Post with all of your character accounts. Yes, all of them. Throwing in your entire musebox is totally fine in this meme. (Please write down the name and canon/fandom of the character in the subject line, and also if they're canon, AU, crossover or OC, etc.)

3. AU characters are totally OK. Crossover/fusion characters may post at all the fandoms/canons their crossover/fusion is derived from. Fandom OCs may post at their fandom/canon's thread. Original Story/Universe OCs will have their own thread.

Aoba is about to protest when he realizes that would mean making a scene - what if someone sees?! - so he just blushes fiercely and hisses angrily.]

[Satisfied that no one's looking their way at the moment, Aoba increases his grip on the food that Koujaku took a bite of, and shoves it against the hippo's mouth before letting go of it and taking a step away from Koujaku. Maybe even two steps. Damn this embarrassing hippo, Aoba has nothing to do with him. Nothing. At. All.

Let him just... eat at a safe distance. And maybe grab something to drink, too. That juice looks pretty good...]

Goblins are blue, and I've heard they're pretty nasty. Never actually met one.

Then she cocks her head as if listening to something, considers, and finally cackles a little. ]

Guess that is a bit rude... [ She returns her attention to Miin and waves with a bright grin. ] Belated introductions! Hi, I'm Ada Jhun, wandering swordswoman. You have a name, Moony?

Mmffh. [ He tries to stuff as much of that sandwich as he can, with globs of mayonnaise splattering against his cheeks. Very attractive, this one, but Aoba's not giving him any choice as he fumbles with his hands towards catching the bits of chicken that begin to slip out of it and—hey!

Aoba is clearly trying to avoid him. Possibly even pretend that he doesn't know who this crazy loon is who's draped himself all over him. Well, too bad, because Koujaku's sidling right up against him and propping his cheek over that shoulder before Aoba can jerk him off.

[It only counts for half because of reasons!! And you rebelled too, dude. Bloodily.

Hng... [Frustration rising... especially because Aoba is starting not to mind so much, and that's the thing he minds more than anything. Trapped between the table and a hard hippo (in a manner of speaking...), he manages to wriggle around to face Koujaku, meaning to tell him what's what.

But looking Koujaku in the eyes from so close up makes that surprisingly hard. Aoba's anger deflates, and all he can do is stare.] ... You got a little -... [Mayo. It's probably mayo, and not the remains of this morning's -... But Aoba can't keep from remembering, anyway.]

[ Wow, fine. Be that way!! ]

Whuffh? [ So articulate. He should probably spit it in his hands, but eurgh. Whatever the case, there’s totally nothing wrong with being disgustingly in the middle of the buffet line, because if he doesn’t do it, who would?

He really should observe some table manners while he’s here though…but not until Aoba kisses that dollop of mayo away. Koujaku grins through his sandwich, leaning his face as close as he can to Aoba’s. ]

It's... um... a moon around a big gas planet. We have forests and things.

[They didn't quite know what tides were, however. Humans always used such weird words! They would have to look it up later. Hurrah for future!google.]

[You wish, hippo. You wish. Aoba feels embarrassed enough as it is, and if he's not experiencing any frustrated rage at the moment, it's all because of Koujaku's not-so-secret weapon.

It's so hard to stay angry at that face for long...

Glancing around to ascertain that they're not being watched too blatantly, Aoba raises a hand to quickly wipe away that mayo with a finger, as if the mayo could tell the tale of their other exploits, too.]

[If he just stares at Koujaku's mouth and avoids eye contact, it's fine, right? If he doesn't look at anyone, no one can see him, either!]
