My... wardrobe? Is there something wrong with the way I dress?

Well, not at the moment, the Marth outfit suits you quite well, but... well, I've seen your closet, and frankly, I'm concerned.

Well, okay... maybe I got a little embarrassed and rushed things at the end, but the first part was actually from the heart. I really do admire you, and though you may not think you have the time for such things, I hope I'll always be at your side. There's times when I wonder if you sit alone looking at the stars, wondering what the future may hold, and I wish I could hold you close in my arms, and keep you safe and warm from a world that has given you so much pain and heartache.

I know I'm ridiculous, and I know I'm not perfect, but I do love you Lucina. Maybe someday I'll have the courage to tell you face to face, and maybe you'll even laugh and smile just for me, but until then I'll stay close to you as your friend. We all love you in our own ways Lucina, and I just hope that if you do get married, you'll have all the happiness you've always deserved.

You have indeed listed some practical points, though I wonder if perhaps Phila might have been capable of using rescue staff to save Emmeryn. In flight, she would have been close enough to do so, and the Pegasus knights could have served as her shield. It is a more brutal tactic as it leaves the pegasi knight's lives on the line to protect her, but it might have worked. Regardless, I understand that rescue staves were in very low supply, as were those capable of wielding them at such great distances.

As to my second question, you've answered that implicitly, and I suspect Chrom's guard was likely down even further given that you are his wife.

While you are likely correct in that you needed to repair the home front before you could worry about foreign affairs, I still have to say it was sloppy at best. Agents should have been put in place to make sure that another king like Gangrel wouldn't come to power. Perhaps having Plegia becoming a part of Ylisse and Regna Ferox was a bit overly ambitious, but keeping designated officials to watch over the kingdom you just conquered is warfare 101.

You are a brilliant tactician Robin, possibly one of the most brilliant, but I fear you are not always the greatest of strategists.

Aww, thanks anon. I try not to make too big a fuss out of it, but it's nice to know somebody remembered, even if it's a little late. I wish I'd gotten a bit more birthday cake in me though.

I just wanted to apologize if I came off as overly harsh. I don't mean to fault you for what happened, because if anything Basilio, Flavia, and Chrom also share a great deal of the blame being the leaders of your respective nations. Nobody is perfect, and we all are going to make mistakes that we learn from. That's one of the reasons I respect you as a tactician, because you're always trying to read up on whatever you can get your hands on. You're not only learning from your own mistakes, but trying to learn from the mistakes and successes of others.

Well... thank you, sincerely, for your kind sentiments. I am unsure of what the future will hold for me-- or the me that I'm fighting for... but I want to guarantee that hers will be a happier life than mine. I will erase that heartache, with everyone's help, and with my own hands.

As for myself, here and now, I cannot really see myself... settling down? Perhaps I once did, but it's quite difficult to imagine now. The path that spreads before me is not one that I'd wish on another, and I fear that getting someone... involved, that way, would only cause heartache for both parties. I hope you understand.
